About Jordan
Life Your Way was founded by Jordan, a passionate advocate for helping people live life on their own terms. With years of experience across multiple disability support organisations, Jordan saw firsthand that truly meaningful support is built on trust, genuine connection, and understanding each person as an individual – not a checklist.
His background working with a wide range of participants, including those with high support needs, has shaped his calm, grounded, and person-centred approach. Jordan is known for building strong rapport with clients and families, supporting them through daily routines, community involvement, and long-term skill development with patience and consistency.
Although he now leads the organisation, Jordan remains hands-on in client care and continues to work directly with participants. His focus is on providing locally owned and operated support that is deeply personalised, community-focused, and built around each participant’s goals, preferences, and unique strengths.
At its core, Life Your Way exists to give people the freedom to design the life they want – with the right support behind them.
